From La Solana, in the heart of Castilla-La Mancha, comes Oro La Senda Almazara , a family project rooted in the land, hard work, and a love for the olive tree. It all began with the Jaime brothers, who from a young age accompanied their father in the fields, learning the value of a carefully cultivated harvest that respects nature.

Today, that tradition is transformed into excellence through an organic extra virgin olive oil that embodies the essence of the land: authentic, sustainable, and deeply rooted in La Mancha.

But what truly makes this oil special is its production method: entirely organic, without chemicals, just like in the old days. “We don’t use pesticides, we clear the land by hand, we fertilize with by-products from the olive mill itself, and above all, we select the best olives—that’s the difference,” explains Jaime. Besides its flavour and production process, Manuel emphasizes that customers pay close attention to the product’s quality . “People are increasingly health-conscious, looking for organic products with real benefits.”

They have approximately 7,000 olive trees of the Picual and Cornicabra varieties, located in different municipalities of La Solana and its surrounding area. All the olive groves are dry-farmed and certified organic, mostly planted in a traditional 8x8 meter grid, which prioritizes quality over quantity.

The harvest is done manually and selectively, choosing only the fruit still on the tree and avoiding fallen or overripe olives. In less than 8 hours, the olives arrive at our mill to be pressed, guaranteeing the freshness, aroma, and nutritional properties of the finest extra virgin olive oil.

La Senda extra virgin olive oils have won and continue to win prestigious awards each year.
